Accessing therapy can be overwhelming, especially for users who are already in a vulnerable mental state.
Key challenges included:
Lack of clarity in available services
Difficulty understanding therapy options
Complex or unintuitive onboarding flows
The experience created friction at a stage where ease and reassurance are critical.
